Fundraiser Games

Last year (2023) three charity matches were played during the season raising £1,000 which we donated to our sponsored charity of the year Katherine House Hospice

This year we are planning three more events to raise funds to support our "Charity of The Year" (The Committee are still to confirm what local charity is to be supported).

22nd October's Fundraiser - Come down to the Bowls Hall and enter your name on the team sheet you'll find on the notice board.  A week before the game the Captains will select teams and post these on the notice board.  After the game we'll socialise, sit and enjoy some light refreshments.  A token gift may be awarded to the highest winning rink, so do your best.  A raffle will be held with donated prizes.

All proceeds will be donated to the Clubs Charity of Choice.

17th December's Christmas Fundraiser -  The same process applies as the October and April fundraisers but with the fun element of wearing your jazziest Christmas Jumper.  We enjoy a festive mince pie and a Christmas cracker at the end of the game. A Bonanza Christmas raffle is held with donated prizes.

All proceeds will be donated to the Clubs Charity of Choice.
